Prior to joining Ample Parks, Akash was leading his entrepreneurial venture, Interlayer – a firm specializing in integrated development management of industrial and warehousing projects.
Akash was also a seed investor and board member at Onstruq, a turnkey EPC contractor with an order book of over 2.5 msf warehousing / industrial projects across India.

Building upon his construction experience, Omkar seamlessly transitioned into the realm of Warehousing and Industrial development thru Ascendas Firstspace – a CapitaLand Group company, bringing with him a fresh perspective and innovative approaches.

With 16 years of experience in real estate & warehousing, Saurabh leads the investments and acquisitions vertical for Ample Parks. Saurabh brings with him a unique expertise in understanding complex land issues, structuring and negotiating multi-party transactions while ensuring high standards of due diligence. His USD 300 Mn deal portfolio credentials comprise multiple land and asset acquisitions amounting to approximately 10 million square feet of prime industrial and logistics space.
Prior to joining Ample Parks, Saurabh held leadership positions at Lodha Green Digital Infrastructure and LOGOS India, where he was a key member of the industrial and warehousing acquisitions team. Saurabh’s journey across various esteemed organizations like EY, Protiviti, DTZ and Avenue Venture has cultivated a profound understanding of business acumen, negotiations, structuring, market comprehension, business strategy, and leadership skills. In his current role, he heads the acquisitions at Ample Parks, focusing on identifying suitable opportunities for the acquisition and development of institutional-grade industrial and logistics parks across India.
Saurabh is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has a keen interest in sports like cricket, badminton, and chess.
Bringing a wealth of experience in real estate asset management spanning 19 years, Santosh’s career has been enriched by collaborations with internationally acclaimed real estate developers and owners, including Hero MotoCorp, The Times Group, Tishman Speyer, Milestone Capital, and Motilal Oswal RE Fund.
Prior to joining Ample Parks, Santosh headed the real estate function for Hero MotoCorp, which operated a portfolio of 2.5 msf of warehousing assets, land holdings, commercial offices and facilities for training, manufacturing and research.
Santosh’s expertise lies in optimizing operational efficiency through the implementation of robust systems and processes, the integration of sustainable practices, and the strategic utilization of technological tools. Santosh’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture obtained from IIT Kharagpur, followed by an MBA earned from FMS Delhi.

Her approach is straightforward and focused, prioritizing efficiency and effectiveness, while ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
She has previously worked in similar roles with organizations such as Mahindra Lifespaces, Everyondr, Hinduja Renewables and Talati & Panthaky.
